Albany- Carol Loucks, passed away March 14, 2010 at St. Peter's Hospital, Albany. She was the Daughter of the late E. Clifford and Ethel Tinney Loucks; sister of the late Ann Loucks. Friends and Family are welcome to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on 11 AM, Wednesday, March 17,2010 at the Parish of Mater Christi, Hurst Ave, Albany. Interment in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
