Midge has been a part of my life since I was born, and always brought fun and laughter into it. To my family she was known as "Auntie Mame". She made us all feel like we were special to her, and was interested in everthing we did. A light has gone out in our lives.

Paul Yingling March 4, 2010
Midge... what a unique and caring individual. She had a heart of gold. I shall cherish my memories of her.

How fortunate to have had your wonderful mother/grandmother through her 97 years. My thoughts & prayers are with you as you reflect and travel through this sad time. I once went to hear an inspirational speaker who said, "if you can live through each day and say at least once, how cool is that, then you have had a good day...well, "how cool was she". God Bless!

My family has such lovely memories of our Aunt Midge -- lunch by Ballston Lake with my Aunt Rachel and my mom Audrey, laughing like teenagers all afternoon. As I was growing up, I was in awe of Midge's bigger-than-life personality and the way she enjoyed every person and every minute. We miss her sweetness, her fearlessness, and her exuberant love.

Now I have a face to go with the picture which Darienne has on her desk at work, a lovely flower that Naomi painted, which I have gazed at many times while working at the desk. A long life well lived, what a blessing she has been to her family, now safe in God's hands. Prayers for all of you, Jane
