Cecil L. Hart Sr.

Cecil was one of a kind. It was an honor and a privilege to have known him over these years and we are truly blessed to have had such a man in our lives. Many thanks and lots of gratitude are owed to his children and grandchildren for sharing him with Gramma and with us these years. We will miss him so.
